Our follow-up process is comprehensive. When planning trips near our clients’ regions, we often stop in to meet with clients, see the arenas, and confer about our clients’ questions or concerns. In spite of hectic travel schedules, we check in with our clients and friends, either at horse shows or during the winter circuit.
